Our high-energy, Agile team is looking for our next unicorn. In addition to a platinum plated horn, we can’t wait to meet the person who has a passion for all flavors of SEARCH. They know the ins-and-outs of organic search first and foremost, knows enough to be dangerous in paid search and dabbles in insight gathering through analytics. The ideal person for this role will be excited, energized and maybe even a little scared about the opportunity to grow this discipline within the agency and start to build a team and practice around them.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the agency’s organic strategies, processes, analytics and campaign kpi development
  • Respond to rapid changes in the search landscape
  • Collaborate with cross-functional peers (Content , Technology, UX, and Product Owners) to implement SEO best practices, and leverage cross-functional insights while planning SEO programs
  • Develop insights and actions (implications) that demonstrate a thorough understanding of the client’s goals
  • Serve as the SEO subject matter expert to content writers and technology teams during navigation, website redesigns and content creation
  • Help develop paid and organic keyword/topic strategies
  • Work with content strategist to align paid and organic strategies to content development
  • Help inform hypotheses and testing/learning plans for paid and organic search programs
  • Proactively bring new ideas for the accounts to improve performance
  • Identify and implement advanced optimization tactics
  • Conduct report analyses
  • Create client-ready reports, presentations, case studies, and other deliverables
  • Perform advanced keyword research and implement technical SEO maintenance
  • Experience working within tag containers like Google Tag Manager
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript to be able to implement site tags
  • Experience with creating visualization dashboards against site metrics
  • Ability to interpret analytics data and determine optimization and testing opportunities
  • Experience with regionalized SEO techniques and voice search
  • Understand, implement and troubleshoot the tracking process


  • Develop paid search plan recommendations for key client campaigns
  • Plan budgets and flighting
  • Flawlessly set up, activate and manage approved campaigns in technology platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Display Network, Amazon, etc.
  • Generate paid search campaigns including keyword builds, ad group development, and ad copy

General Requirements:

  • 7 – 10 years’ hands-on experience executing paid search and organic campaigns in an agency, consultancy or in-house capacity
  • Proactive self-starter
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Team player and relentlessly curious
  • Possess a desire to work for a fast-paced, results-based company
  • Demonstrable experience with strategizing, managing and executing organic/paid search programs for B2B and/or B2C clients
