Scrum50 is looking for a rock-star Digital Director Product Owner (Account Director) to join our client services team. The position could be a contract position or full-time and the ideal candidate is a motivated, detail-oriented, organized team player that has a digital expertise in pharma or healthcare.

We are a fast-moving, Agile agency that delivers excellent client service and out-of-the-box strategic and creative thinking (and execution). This role is not just managing client needs but getting your hands dirty developing the digital strategies and execution plans with our cross-discipline team. All while keeping the trains on the tracks and making sure they show up on time. We have a rapidly growing Healthcare business and you’d be in on the ground floor of redefining what Agile Healthcare Marketing will be in the future.

You Will:

  • Act as strategic lead on multiple client accounts and oversee all phases of project discovery, digital strategy, design, development, production, and launch
  • Grow and manage client relationships, requests, expectations, and feedback throughout the project lifecycle
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert in pharma and healthcare, understanding regulatory parameters and guiding the team
  • Own relationships with partner agency leads to ensure project collaboration
    Collaborate internally and externally to scope work, develop proposals, and execute client deliverables according to client requirements


  • Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in a digital healthcare environment
    Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships
  • Excellent professional written and verbal communication
  • Ability to manage client contacts and maintain strong relationships with agency partners
  • Technical concept understanding – Experience leading digital projects including large-scale site development, SEO, SEM, and analytics work
  • Entrepreneurial spirit coupled with a quick-thinking, decisive work style
  • Understand and be well versed in paid media and measurement across social, digital, and the broader marketing mix, to provide integrated client recommendations and digital KPIs, based on brand-specific goals
